Lark Oloroso whisky is a combination of toasted pastries and subtle peat smoke with a classic Oloroso end, melting into heat butter and slowly browning bread. Australian Oloroso-style casks from Seppeltsfield, hand-selected to end a mixture of ex-Sherry and ex-peated Port single malts from Coal valley distillery. An appetizing medley of buttery food and sweet puffs of humate, our Oloroso Cask release is a syrupy single malt with an exquisite lightweight viscosity. Tone fruit mingles with fairy floss and fresh Tasmanian apple. Aftertastes it finishes with a long, lifted Tasmanian fruit bowl.
